2. Is this coaching or counselling?
No. I’m a Clarity Partner.
I’m not a therapist, counsellor, or coach.
I don’t diagnose, treat, or prescribe.

This is a structured conversation for clarity — not long-term treatment.

3. What do you do during a session?

6. Is what I share confidential?
Yes. What you share stays between us.

Exception: if you disclose intent to harm yourself or someone else, or if there is abuse involving a vulnerable person, I may need to break confidentiality to ensure safety.

7. Do you take notes or record sessions?
No sessions are recorded.
Minimal notes may be taken for clarity and are kept private and secure.

8. How long is a session? In person or virtual?
All YOUnique Conversations are up to 50 minutes and held virtually. You can join from wherever you feel most comfortable — your couch, your car, your office, a quiet walking trail. The most important thing is that you feel at ease.

9. How many sessions do I need?
Some people come once.
Some return when life feels noisy again.
No package requirement. No pressure.
